Are you stuck on a never-ending treadmill continually going round and round in circles, chasing your tail? Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired, and yet too busy to carve out even 48 hours away from the rat race?
Are you ready to unplug and power down, taking time to recharge your batteries? We invite you to press pause, and join us on our 48-hour Remote (Re)Boot Camp – without even stepping outside your front door.
We will bring our 48-hour Retreat to you, wherever you are.
All you have to do is clear away the clutter and check in online, joining our remote community for a 48-hour reboot.
Our programme runs from Friday evening until Sunday evening – you choose whether this fits into the rest of your weekend, or whether you take time out just for yourself.
During the time that we hang out together, we will prepare and eat delicious food which will awaken your taste buds; we will share a range of different yoga flavours for you to practice and enjoy, and continue with post-retreat; we will show you how to work with your breath to lift and lower your systems; and we will start and end each day with meditation and yoga nidra.
You will be supported on this journey with an online care package, and a Facebook forum to share your thoughts and experiences.
